Holly has practiced & used Kinesiology for over 20years. After extensive studies and learning she now uses intuitive Kinesiology & muscle testing to reset the nervous system, establish what emotional patterns, energies & beliefs are interrupting the body's natural healing processes then uses various different corrections & techniques from Rotai, Talk Therapy, Sound Healing, Trigger Point Therapy, Tuning Forks, Emotion & Bodycode, Hypno-tapping, Forensic Healing, Psych K, Sabotage Reprogramming, Trauma & Anxiety Release & more...

Muscle testing is also used to find helpful foods ' techniques or home remedies that might enhance the healing process. By working intuitively Holly is able to assist in clearing whatever is preventing someone from living their best life - mentally, spiritually, emotionally & physically 🌿

Each session concludes with deeply nurturing & relaxing body work that allows the body to let go of long held stress & provides relaxation time for energies to integrate properly before concluding the session.
